Memorial and Honorary Gifts
You can make a donation to ALIVE to celebrate a recent event in your family, such as a graduation, wedding, anniversary, or birthday.
Or you can make a gift to remember the life of a recently departed loved one.
If you would like to make an honorary or memorial gift, please include the following information with your gift:
- Your name and address as the donor
- The name and address of the honoree
- The occasion or reason for the gift
If you wish to make a memorial gift, please also include the name and address of the person to whom you wish an acknowledgements sent.
For all memorial and honorary gifts, you will receive an acknowledgement confirming ALIVE's receipt of your gift. In addition, we will send an acknowledgement to the person you have designated letting them know a gift has been made in honor of the occasion, or in memory of the person, you indicated.
